Customisation stands as one of the core strengths of robotic safety fencing, offering complete adaptability to diverse on-site robot configurations (including robotic arms, collaborative robots, AGVs, etc.), workshop workstation dimensions, and production flow requirements. To meet client specifications, we support the following four customisation options:
1. Dimension Customisation: Precise adjustment to the length, width, and height of the protected area on-site. This ranges from standalone enclosures for individual robots to large-scale perimeter barriers isolating entire robotic production lines. Height can also be tailored to meet anti-climb/anti-scalp requirements (standard 1.2–2 metres, with height increases available for specialised scenarios).
2. Shape Customisation: Supports any configuration including straight lines, right angles, arcs, L-shapes, U-shapes, and circular layouts. Can even accommodate workshop pillars, equipment foundations, and other obstacles through irregular, bespoke enclosure designs to maximise spatial utilisation.
3. Modular Implementation: Our factory employs a modular framework + accessory design. By measuring the on-site layout and robot movement trajectories, standardised modules are assembled into custom shapes. This ensures precision while reducing customisation costs. Modules can be disassembled, reconfigured, and reused during subsequent production line adjustments.
Interfaces can be pre-installed per client requirements, accommodating safety light curtains, emergency stop buttons, warning lights, and other safety accessories for seamless integration with existing on-site safety components.
4. Colour Customisation: Robot safety enclosures support bespoke colour schemes, designed to align with workshop safety protocols, visual management requirements, and environmental aesthetics. Standard options include industrial safety colours (e.g., high-visibility yellow or red). For transparent enclosures using materials like acrylic or polycarbonate, frames can be individually coloured, while panels offer transparent, semi-transparent, or frosted finishes. This ensures protection without obstructing robot operation visibility, while maintaining workshop visual harmony.
