1. Post-Collision Conditions
*Flexible Anti-Collision Guardrail
Minor Collision: Rebound and recovery, no damage;
Moderate Collision: Surface scratches, can continue to be used;
Severe Damage: Only the damaged sections need to be replaced, no overall removal required.
*Steel Guardrail
After collision, there is bending, weld seam cracking; most of the sections deform, requiring cutting and welding for repair; the maintenance workload is large, and the workshop shutdown time is long.
2. Protection of Vehicles and Equipment
*Flexible Anti-Collision Guardrails
Provide cushioning and shock absorption, reducing the risk of damage to forklifts, AGVs, shelves, and equipment, and lowering the maintenance costs in the workshop.
*Steel Guardrails
Hard and direct contact, the wheels, frames, and uprights of forklifts are prone to being damaged, and the probability of vehicle damage is higher.
3. Applicable Scenarios
*Flexible Anti-Collision Guardrails
Warehouse passageways, forklift operation areas, shelf corners, loading and unloading ports, AGV areas, cold storage; suitable for low-speed industrial vehicle impact protection, with impact speed ≤ 10 km/h; not for road motor vehicle protection.
*Steel Guardrails
Robot safety isolation, equipment area partitioning, personnel fencing; suitable for personnel isolation protection, not suitable for high-frequency forklift impact points.
